- Yes. Multi-unit hosts are bagged and labelled per property so nothing gets pooled between listings.
- Can my cleaner hand over and receive the bags?
- Yes — most hosts never meet the driver. Name the person and give us their number in the booking notes.
- What if a guest leaves a stain on the linen?
